The reason why I asked you that question is because I dyed my hair black. I love it a lot. I think it makes me sexy. ;-)

I just got back from Jake's where we were celebrating CDubs's birthday. Wooo!!! Can't wait for this Saturday when we celebrate his and Josh's 21st!

So Blog I don't know if I told you but I went to Michigan this weekend to visit Diane. It was great times. It is there that I dyed my hair. We also saw Hitch. I loved that movie so much! So lovers. Ummm we also went to Lake Michigan and walked out on this pier that was covered in ice/snow. It was really pretty. But yeah just had a great time.

I'm really starting to stress out about next week. I have 1 million exams. OK so four. Plus I have an exam this Friday. And a final draft of a composition due next friday. And I just found out today that I have to turn in this 3 page research-summary thing for spanish on the monday after spring break. It just seems wrong to me.

So yeah I did a lot of homework today on campus. It was good. Got Lab 5 and Lab 6 done for 309. Tomorrow I promise I'll work on #4!!

The other day I talked to Damon even though he is in Turkey. It was hilarious! Turned out it was 4 in the morning his time...whoops :-). I miss everyone at IU a lot. I really hope some peeps come up for CDubs's party. Maybe the weekend after spring break I'll come down there? Maybe Abby will let me know what weekend is good for her and her ACL?

Ummmm....yeah tomorrow is when I'm supposed to find out about the Puerto Rico research/internship thing. So keep your fingers crossed. :-/

My title is not talking about you. I love you Blog and I think your mother is a very respectable woman.

Chicago was great! The Mumford clan is best when all six of us are there. When our powers combine we create....CAPTAIN PLANET! But seriously it was fun. The drive up was fun. Mostly because my parents were on the phone for 43989043 years while my sister and I made fun of my dad. That's my little sister for those of you keeping count. Then we got to Chicago and my older sister was there (I am really seeing TOO much of her lately :-)!). We ate out at a Thai restaurant...delicious as always. My brother got into town on Saturday. Us girls shopped all day long. It's crazy town. Then at Pizzeria Due's they messed up our order so we got a pizza for free. But I was bummed cause I really wanted what we ordered. Free Schmee I wanted some bleepin onions, peppers, and sausage. I rode the train back. Slept next to a stranger. Good times. Didn't get back to the apartment til 1:30 AM, so i was pretty tired Monday. Luckily I took a 3 hour nap in the afternoon.

This week is going really fast so far. This is probably because I haven't done any homework. Homework is the hell that sucks my life away. Dylan came up Monday afternoon just for fun. We went and saw Constantine yesterday. I did not like it. Dylan did.

Speaking of not doing homework, soon I am going over to Darrel's. We're gonna watch the Project Runway Finale and hopefully he'll help me with my 290D! I swear I understand thermodynamics...I mean 421 was the bomb. But apparently I don't :-(.

Just wanted to say hello Blog. Went to CHAPS today but the hot guy wasn't there...shame.

Dear blog,

I just got out of the shower and now I'm sitting here drying off (yes i don't like to make my towel do any work, i just airdry). So showers are amazing. I make the most amazing discoveries in the shower. Not discoveries like "oh i'm a girl" or "there's my bellybutton!" But like I'll be in there thinking about my day and everything I'm doing and all of a sudden a genius idea will come to me, or I'll remember where I put something i lost, or I'll figure out how to solve that last math problem. It's amazing. I love it I love it I love it.

Yesterday at CHAPS there was this hot guy. I tried to marry him. Come to think of it I think I dreamt about him last night. But yeah one of the kids asked if he was my husband and I said "not yet." At least hot guy laughed at this comment instead of running away and crying. I've still got it! HOT!

This weekend I will be in Chicago. I'm hoping to come home with lots of clothes. I think I'm looking for 1) jeans (of course) and 2) casual long sleeve shirts. Hopefully my parents will be willing to spend money instead of recently when all they talk about are my car payments, my tuition, the time share cost, etc. etc. It's like heelllooooo i thought I was your favorite child!

Today is Thursday which means it is the bomb cause I don't have class til 1:30! I'm gonna put my PJs back on and then sit on the couch for the next couple hours. Love you Blog

You haven't missed me have you? Yeah I didn't miss you either. Sooooo......

Today is Valentine's Day. Yes yes we all know I despise Valentine's Day. Holidays just don't do it for me. I mean Thanksgiving is the bomb....I guess I just don't like hooplah. So we could have holidays just without all the hooplah. I only like hooplah if it's on my birthday. Cause then it is alllllll about me ;-). But seriously, I'll be happy when this day is over...

Soon I'm gonna go to the grocery store with Katie. It is my way of escaping all the shit I don't want to do. For instance, I do not want to finish my 432 lab because i hate it. No seriously 432 lab is really bad. I mean I don't know anything! Am I the only one? Also I have to come up with a topic for my 532 paper. It's something about Remote Sensing. Again, I do NOT know what remote sensing is...something about sensing things, but remotely. I'm thinking that my topic will be about space-based lidar measuring greenhouse gases?????????????????????????????????????? I don't actually know if that is a good or bad topic because 1) i don't know what remote sensing is 2) i don't know what lidar is and 3) the only research I've done so far has involved Google. Oh well. Maybe Slasher will tell me it is a horrible idea and she'll give me a new one. So yeah I'm going to the grocery store to escape all this.

As far as an update as what I've done since the last post....

Dylan came up here. We hung out. We went to Grindstone Charley's with Molly. I fell asleep on the couch on Friday night. Saturday we had "margarita night" at our apartment. By margarita night I mean Chris Waugh and I finished a 5th of tequila. Whatever. So that night a lot and i do mean A LOT of drama went down between me and Dylan. It ended with me sleeping on the bathroom floor. Soooooooo.......Sunday was mostly us patching that shit up. We went to Penn Station and then played Pool. We each won one game...on technicalities. He won the first game because I hit the 8 ball into a pocket that I didn't call. And I won the second one because he scratched on the 8 ball (i still had 3 balls on the table :-(....oops). So yeah Dylan left this morning. I didn't actually say bye to him when I left for class...which sucks cause i won't see him for 3 more weeks :-)

I had an exam today....it was crazy town but i'm sure i did alright. Got my first STAT exam on Wednesday. Should be the easiest thing ever. Today I've written two essays about myself trying 1) to get a scholarhip and 2) to apply for some leadership workshop at NCAR. I'm a huge loser :)

OK that's enough. To the grocery store! LOVE YOU BLOG (and that's NOT just because it's Valentine's Day. I love you every singly day).

Surgery Twins

Dear Blog,

Today my best friend in the whole world had knee surgery just like her mom and her sister did! I cannot wait to compare scars. My best friend's name is Abby. I love her and miss her a lot. Hopefully soon I will get down to IU so I can visit her, but looking at my schedule ahead it doesn't look like it's gonna happen soon. I just wanted to put this shout out in here for her!!

This week's been fine so far. Got our Dyanamics test back today, I clowned its ass. Today I rode the bus home with Lara...it was sweeeeet. Yesterday I have no idea what I did. Monday I was on campus a long time because I went to Slasher's office hours.

I've watched a lot of TV....i mean A LOT! (American Idol is my life). I don't know what's wrong with me...this semester is so weird cause I don't have a math class. So I just have weekly homework, not daily. I'm about to go work on my STAT homework. I would just go to bed but I just put clothes in the dryer like a dumb ass and I wanna make sure they get dry seeing as how our dryer has flown off its rocker.

Dylan is coming here this weekend. It's probably gonna be a pretty lame-o weekend. But ya never know. Hopefully something fun will come up. I feel bad that I'm not at IU with Damon and Ben seeing as how Damon will be in Turkey starting on Monday. Oh Lame-o Damo. But why would I go to IU if Abby's not even gonna be there? I cannot believe that the football season is over. I have like 6 months til next season. agghhh

Gooooooood morning! I just woke up! I feellll great! Last night I had a headache. So I started drinking at 7:45. (my stomach just made a really weird noise, maybe after I write this i'll eat something) Then Me, Lara and Charlie went over to Marty's apartment. We played asshole and Kings. I found out that my stalker Darrel lives in the same apartment complex. Figures. Molly came over after awhile. Katie and Adam came over after awhile. We tried several times to play Cat's Cradle with the beads Katie had--unsuccessfully. Oh yeah and we went to Arby's...Chris Waugh drove over to meet us. Then he gave me a ride home. He tried to take advantage of me in the car. I pointed my gun at him. Then he made me throw the gun out the window. Damn you CDubs. Try to pick which parts of that story are true and false.

Yesterday I watched so much TV! (surprise surprise) I tried to do my 422 and 532 homework while watching tv. BUUUTTTT i'm dumb so i couldn't :-(. as soon as i eat and shower and such, I am going to do alllllll my homework for life. Gotta write some short essay type things for my spanish homework thing and then i'll be done with that.

The highlight of my day Saturday was when I got to have a piece of spice cake. HAPPY BIRTHDAY ADAM. Now I love me some spice cake!

Lisa just said that we can go on a walk on the cattail trail in a little. My whole life has changed now! woooooooooot. Looooovvveee the cattail trail!

Another Day, Another Blog

Dear Blog,

It's stupid that I title my entries.

Today at the doctor's office there was a hot resident. I tried to make him fall in love with me by showing him my boobs. No such luck. Today I wore my new "I <3 Irish Boys" T-shirt. I was hoping this would get me some sweet action from an Irish Boy. No such luck. Today was supposed to be my last time going back to Indianapolis to visit my surgeon. No such luck.

Note: driving two hours for a ten minute doctor's appointment is totally not worth it.

Mainly the only thing I can think about is the stupid surgeon appointment crap. Sorry, Blog.

Tonight with ESA we tie-dyed stuff. It was hilarious. Who knows how these things are going to turn out? At least it was something fun and different.

I've got my first exam on Friday. It's in EAS 422. Should be douche-worthy. Lots of crazy derivations and equations that don't make sense: The response in the meridional direction to a displacement in the x direction. ?????????????????????????????????? Something like that...

Super Bowl Sunday...the Patriots can suck a cock.

This weekend will be crazy if i don't haul ass Thursday and Friday to get stuff done. Got homework in both EAS classes, STAT homework (of course), a 432 lab, the entire Spanish homework thingy (kill me), and a 309 lab thrown in there somewhere. On a positive note, I am off to a good start with my 290D CHIP....I already have a 50/70 and it's not due til Friday morning!

On another positive note: I have a wonderful life with wonderful friends, great roomies, a mediocre boyfriend, amazing good looks, a cool family, the opportunity to go to college, intelligence, a small right boob, confidence, good health, and I Love the Weather. With all these things the homework really isn't so bad. I can surely count my blessings that i'm not like.....Swwwweeeettttaaaaa ;-)

I'm also thankful that of all the people I've met in EAS I am by far the most normal.

I love you Blog. Every night you're the last thing that I think about. And when I wake up in the morning it's the thought of you that drags me out of bed....you bitch, why couldn't you just let me sleeeeeeeeeeeeeeepppppp?????!!!!!
